I'll be using nicknames to protect their super friend identities.

1. D. (I would love to show up on her front door with a gallon of B&R Pistachio ice cream)

2. Gopher (I couldn't share a massive sunburn with anyone else)

3. Re (Who knows how to laugh when you get pulled over by a policeman who thinks your drunk)

4. Sonniemae (Who took us in)

5. Misplaced Alaskan (Even liberals can be fun to be around)

6. Ace Nurse (Only she understands what it's like to live with my Dear Man because her Dear Man's just like him.)

7. Doot-tu-do (Taught me the importance of greeting a new person at church.)

8. Wonderland (You can even find friends in the midst of pain)

9. Pastor's Daughter (It's true what they say about them, now she's a Pastor's wife)

10. Buddy (The girl I went to boot camp with.)

11. Backward Praiser (Who taught me not to be afraid to praise the Lord no matter which direction your facing.)

12. Menno's Friend (Who told us about the opportunity that gave us Tiki and Cheeko.)

13. Halo Designer (Who makes a halo brace look fun to wear.)

This post hit a sad spot for me. I am tomorrow going to be going out with my best friend of almost 30 years for the last time for quite awhile. She and her husband are moving to Poland for a few years.
