Good question. This last weekend I was in the kitchen canning. If you stop by to visit don't be surprised if you are offered a glass of grape juice. 19 - 1/2 gallons and 17 quarts of the stuff. This place smelled like a winery.
We also canned corn relish and put corn on the cob in the freezer. Last and as it turned out least, we canned applesauce. Our second batch burned and was totally ruined.
Before that I was wandering about with my head cut off. It would have been nice if it was because I had put it away for safe keeping and then just couldn't find it but no, it was truly gone. Thankfully it was returned to me and I seem to be recovering from the trauma.
