| That is sooo funny.
Got a question for you? Do you know Pat and Jeanna Fee? They use to live in Bend and went to Bend Bible Fellowship. They live here now and we home church with them. |

| That's so funny! But if I think about it, guess I do the same thing... but in a different way. Sometimes in the car, I love to have the windows open on a cool evening, but the heater going on my legs. Also, on a hot summer night, it's cozy to have just a sheet on in bed... but my feet sticking out. :-) Oh well, at least you can save on socks. (That is, if they don't lose them. Ha!) You'll just need to buy half as much.

| RYC: The item that my son is using to make the "Happy New Year" banner is called a Crayola Cutter for Kids, from Walmart. It works great for cutting corners! Ha! Anyway, it comes with the cutting board and wand (battery operated), stencils, patterns, card stock, craft papers, string and booklet. However, my son did make his own letters instead of using a pattern. Also, he ran out of the colored plastic sheets that came with the kit, so after running around all over town, my husband finally found colored celophane (used for covering fruit baskets) at our grocery store. It worked... and believe it or not, my son finished his project! In fact, the banner is STILL hanging up in the doorway. :-)

| That's a cool critical thinking lesson :)! Your boy has a great sense of humor.
Sorry...I haven't visited your blog for a while. I love your new blog look...very lovely & cheerful! I'm very sorry that you've recently lost your grandma. Your letter almost made me cry. She was blessed to have you as one of her grandchildren and you're blessed to have such a special grandma. |

| I will have to tell Jeanna that I met a friend of hers. We had to cancel our fellowship this Sunday because their family is all sick and at least one person of all the other familys is sick.
After reading this I had to ask my 4yo why he didn't wear any socks. He told me it's because he gets too hot! Funny! Thanks for stopping by my blog. |

| Believe it or not, I have a sensory integration kid who does the same thing. When I became frustrated and talked to him about it, turns out my hubby tells me he did the one sock thing too! They explain to me that it keeps them thinking better, two different sensations and whatever. Sounds crazy, but with a little digging around, I found others who have kids who do this to stay more alert. He just might be on to something... |

I FREQUENTLY find only one sock on his foot. He starts off with a pair but somehow spends the majority of the day with one bare foot and one covered foot. It drives me insane.
Seriously! If it isn't bad enough that the other sock will most likely get lost under the couch or some other secret sock hiding place, the mere fact that his feet are being treated UNEQUALLY really bothers my OCD side. Really.
