I'm madder than a wet hen!

While working on my blog template for The Contenders, I had opened up this blog to look at it's template codes to get a better idea of what I needed to do.

I actually did go back to The Contenders template to change something, but when I went back to High Desert Hi-Jinks, it had changed that template too, and each blog looked exactly alike! They had merged into siamese twin blogs, with some of this blog on that one and some of that blog on this one! How? Why? Whaaaaa!!!

I lost all my fun stuff in the sidebar of this blog. I will have to go back in and do it all over again. The only good thing I can see out of it, is that High Desert Hi-Jinks is about to get a new face-lift, so I will need to do some different things anyway. Still, I lost my counter, and my technorati, oh man! How do you go back and re-claim your blog with technorati?

Let this be a lesson to you all! Don't open more than one blog at a time on your computer! Keep a copy of your template code either in word or on disc so you can just put it right back if something does happen to it.

Well, I guess I'm off to look at more graphics for my upcoming blog lift!

Why a hen would be mad at being wet? Is it just in the winter? You know the cold and all, or is this something they dislike year round? What if it is a really hot day?

Being from NY I haven't seen many hens let alone wet mad ones.

And is the cow mad because she got wet too??

If I am not mistaken, the script should still be on the Technorati web site, that info wouldn't change, just login, pick up the script and repaste it into your side bar area. I hope you get it fixed the way you like it without pulling out too much hair! I know, that is no fun.

I never thought to save mine ~ when I tried to re-arrange to a new template I didn't realize that I'd lose all the "extras." C'est la BLOG! Thanks for the tip.
