Hopeful



Well, I AM feeling much better, and really trying to eat smaller portions, more fish. The chocolate and bread is still an issue. I hope this is not just WATER loss, but really the real loss. Clothes are feeling a bit more comfortable.


Notice the ticker is for a total of 7 pounds loss. I just really  felt that it was more realistic at this point.


 So will keep on working diligently on this!!!

I am fighting the same battle. :-) Every little bit helps. I have little prizes planned for myself at certain weight loss goals(I want to lose 30 in all). For my first ten, I get to buy a new pair of jeans. I am right in between sizes so that will feel nice, to slip into a smaller size. I slipped yesterday, but am going to start over again today.
