It's been a few days (ok, more than a few) since I've written anything. The truth is, a friend of mine has gotten himself into some trouble and I've been preoccupied with that.

We haven't done a full day of school in a week. Heather is doing well in her studies, but we have had some distractions that interfere with her getting her work done. I believe she is ADD. She has trouble concentrating and focusing on her work. The slightest noise upsets her to the point of meltdown. The only time we can get any work done is if we are alone because other people being in the house distract her (we live with my parents). I have got to find a way to make this work!!
