last lesson!!!!
Doris the cat purred
happily and curled up in the sunny window. She shivered a little when she thought about how long she'd lived in the streets as a skinny, stray cat. But that was then. now she knew she would never again choose to wander about chasing mice like she used to. It would be fancy cat food for her from now on, served in a fancy glass dish. As old Mrs. Winn patted her soft coat, Doris stretched and hoped that life would always be this good!
And that is the story of how I saved my little sis from drowning
Memory “Ugh I remember her SCREAMING for help at the top of her lungs.
Feeling: I was SO glad I could help her
Hope: I hope that never happens again!
Decision: Well I know that I’ll never let her go in the water without a life jacket for at least a year now!
Revised ending: Ugh! I remember her screaming at the top of her lungs for help! Just thinking about it makes me shiver! I hope it NEVER happens again! She thought.

well, well, you've come to the end of the lessons. I hope you have enjoyed them. You write a nice ending to the story about your little sister almost drowning, even though it's one of the shorter endings I've seen. :-)
Have you seen the Certificate that is available for those who complete the lessons? You might want to click on the graphic on the left sidebar to read how you can qualify to have me send you the certificate for your portfolio.
One of the requirements is that you have read my comments (suggestions) and tried to include corrections into the lessons that I felt needed a bit more work.
If you do not care about the certificate, then congratulations and thanks for sticking with all 16 lessons! Now, go write your Rachel story about the diamond in the cooky!
If you would like the certificate and your name and avatar under our "graduates" list, then you need to go back to these lessons, re-read my comment, and do some corrections or expanding:
lessons 6, 7, 8, 9
Good luck!

did you have fun doing the lessons?
It was fun for me, except a lesson never to do is stop doing it in the middle of it because I stopped because I was so behind (when I started she was 'just' putting the lessons on) and then later she convinced me to start again and so I did but the bad thing was that the next lesson was the test! ye so that was a bummer but I loved it all the way through. I'm glad you did good in it.
