Oct. 17, 2006 - New York

We are here in New York now.  Have been for just over a month.  We are adjusting to the new area.  We are in an apartment, so I sure miss my fenced-in backyard in South Carolina.  But the apartment and the area is nice.

There has already been snow in Buffalo.  So I'm guessing that we might get some in a few weeks.  Although, I really have no idea.  Maybe it will still be awhile. 

We are enjoying seeing the new things and the new scenery.

I am trying to adjust to the differences in homeschool regulations here.  I now report directly to the school district.  Whereas, in SC...we reported to a local homeschool accountability group.
