1) Your Sunday newspaper (look for coupon pack inserts, Rx coupons in store ads, in-store coupons from drug store ads, and occasional coupons in the "regular" sections of the paper)
2) "Catalinas" (the coupons that print off at the register when you check out)
3) "Blinkies" (found on the grocery store aisles, they "spit out" coupons and have the red blinkie light)
4) Tear-off pads around the store
5) Magazines
6) Coupon swaps and coupon trains
7) Internet:

8) Coupon Clippers & e-bay (more on these later)
9) Birthday Clubs (for restaurants)
10) Baby Clubs (most major grocery stores have these)
11) Complimentary calls/letters/e-mails to companies can often results in coupons for free products or xx cents off
