I highly recommend that you go here and read about Amazon.com's Gold Box Deals. These include deals of the day (discounted for one day only), lightning deals (one item paired at a great discount for only 4 hours, or until all available "coupons" are used), and best deals (selection of ongoing promotions). It's a quick read. You never know when something you want or need will pop up at a great price. Think gifts, too!

Jun. 23, 2008 - Some things I found in my newspaper
This morning I am reading through our Sunday paper. In the financial section, I saw a webiste highlighted that can help you decide what to price items that you are selling on CraigList or eBay. The site is www.ztail.com. It just went love last month. Type an item into the "What's It Worth" box and scroll through the results. I just tried it with "toddler bed" and got no results, but I am going to keep trying it with some other items in the attic I want to move out of here.
There is also a small article listing four tips to help you eat for less. These may be no-brainers for some but still worth mentioning:
1) Clip coupons.
2) Pack your own lunch.
3) Reduce eating out altogether.
4) When eating out, stick with water as your beverage. (For a family of 5, that could save $7.50-$10!)
