BW's seminary banquet was held at the Ronald Reagan library last weekend. We had a great time, great dinner, great speech by John MacArthur as he reflected back for the seminary's 20th anniversary. Special huge enormous thanks to my sister Kelly who drove the 300+ miles (and got a flat tire on the way in the middle of nowhere) and then watched our kids that night so we could go spend an evening among adults.
I highly recommend a stop by the library if you are in the LA area. As a child of the 80's, he was really the president of my childhood so I have special fondness for him. I especially loved the love letters the president sent to Nancy. He was quite the romantic, mushy guy! Seeing Air Force One was a treat although I am sure that the current Air Force One has been updated a great deal from this one.

My husband is a Reagan nut. When he and I were dating, he flew out from TN and it was something he insisted that we do. I was surprised to see how small Nancy is. What a tiny woman! From your picture it looks like you might be about her size.
I am glad that you and b were able to have an evening out.
