• Jan. 17, 2008 - Numbers...

This weeks weigh in has unchanged... no weight loss this week, but body fat has slightly decreased to 27.5% due to a decrease in my measurements...

I wasn't expecting anything major due to how I've been eating this week and hormonal changes.

Goals for the next week:  do more cardio exercise, do T-Tapp at least 3 times, and cut out some of the junk food.
