Blogger Friend School Assignment #7
BOUNTIFUL BLESSINGS

Our assignment this week is to blog about your plans for Thanksgiving Day.....share your day in any creative form.  Please try to include family traditions, your menus, who carves your turkey, do you save the wishbone, the list could go on and on.

Our Thanksgiving Day starts off by the family spending time together, I cook a big turkey, stuffing, potatoes, corn bread, dinner rolls, fruits and vegetables, last but not least- we have pumpkin pie!

My kids enjoy watching the paradeon TV, my sister (who lived with us for four years) and her soon to be husband will be coming over this year for dinner.

In the past- we have usually invited our neighbor who's family lives out of state, now his mom lives in state again so he will be having dinner with her. We enjoy a quiet small gathering, sometimes family is here, sometimes a friend, each year is different, but one thing is for sure- we are always thankful for having each other and remembering why we celebrate Thanksgiving.

I like small gatherings. (But I also like the loud ones, I guess I am wishy washy or confused! HA). Anyway, I love to just kick back and relax.

It's great to get together with family. That is probably what I love most about Thanksgiving.
