This month, the Homeschool Lounge is having a giveaway every week. To enter this week's giveaway (from Dec. 8th to Dec. 12th), please share a favorite Christmas recipe.

For those who know me well, they know that I like to cook but I hardly ever use recipes. Whenever my friends ask for a recipe of the dishes that I've made, I always disappoint them. I don't have a recipe...I don't measure ingredients...I just cook :). I have tons of cookbooks but only open them up once in a blue moon. I sometimes just go to www.allrecipes.com, instead for quickness :). Oh, and when I do use recipes, I don't always follow the recipes exactly :).
Anyway, I will share here a recipe (if you can call it that) for "Chocolate Cashew Craisin Clusters." We make these every year to give out to our neighbors at Christmastime.
We melt chocolate and then stir in cashews and craisins (dried cranberries). Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper on a tray/plate and put in refrigerator until chilled/solidified.
What is your favorite Christmas recipe?
