Dec. 4, 2008 - Nightmare Island
The sky is overcast. Ahead, there is an entrance to what eerily resembles a maze The only sign of botanical life is the dank, slimy moss growing on the gray rocks. The air is quiet and heavy, occasionally broken by the whisper of soft shuffling footsteps in the distance. In the distance you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks upon the boat in which you were traveling crashed. The air is damp and chilly, and you can almost taste the decay. There are remains of animals and humans alike in corners of the paths.
A light mist obscures the way ahead, allowing you to see only ten feet in front of you. As you advance deeper into the endless maze, the mist seems to grab at you, pulling you down. Darkness falls and soon all light is extinguished. You have to feel your way along the wall, which is slick and scarred with deep cuts. You walk for hours. Your feet feel heavy and your throat is dry. You press forward, on and on, drawn by some strange curiosity. The ground, shrouded by the mist, is covered with objects that seem to pop and snap as your feet move forward.
Suddenly, the wall you are following ends and you step into a huge cavern; the path you were following has gradually sloped downward. Light is now slowly creeping back into the sky and you can barely make out the other edge of the room. As you advance, you see the far wall is dotted with openings, pathways forking out. Suddenly you realize that this looks familiar. You're back where you started. You quickly spin around... and see yourself staring back; your frightened face stained with dirt and sweat. You panic as your mind fails to process what's happening. You fall forward into yourself, only to stumble as you arrive at the entrance of the maze again.

Apr. 8, 2008 - I'm Afraid That I Couldn't Think Of A Witty Title...
I haven't thought about my blog in about 2 months. Maybe longer. It's been awhile. I don't like posting about everything that's happened in life but I can't think of anything else to talk about so... I saw Switchfoot in concert. That was awesome. And I met them after the show. Got all CDs signed, got some pictures with the band members, and got a pick from Jon Foreman. Ummm... I discovered a couple of new bands. The Chariot, August Burns Red, Atreyu, and As I Lay Dying. All of them are metal-ish bands. All awesome.

Jan. 5, 2008 - Happy New Year
Well, it's been a while since I've blogged, (mainly because I have a Facebook) but I have not left completely. I just sort of... forgot. I got a camera for Christmas! It's pretty rad. I just ordered from Amazon. Pre-ordered one book, and got a CD for $1.50! It come with two CDs and one DVD. That's an awesome deal. Check out the link for the book. That's the fourth book in the series. The series is REALLY good.

Nov. 26, 2007 - I will always stand behind my brothers, my sisters, our soldiers... You are the definition of a hero.
"Definition Of A Hero - Diecast"
I got a drum set! Well, I don't HAVE it yet, and we haven't actually paid for it yet but we (my parents and I) put down a deposit and it'll come in this week. Here's the one I'm getting. (Minus the cymbals) I'm also getting some Sabian B8 Pro cymbals, and a DW 5000 Double Bass Pedal. I'm pretty pumped. Got about ten new songs. Don't really feel like listing them though. And if the music in my new player doesn't disgust, horrify, or scare you, listen to it. Please.

Nov. 17, 2007 - A Kiddy Bike With Wheels But No Tires
No, it's not some moral, analogy, and philosophical saying (but that would be pretty sweet). It's what me and my friend Ben spent the last hour doing. Let me rephrase that. We spent the last hour RIDING it. Down big hills. My dad was filling up our trailing with junk from our yard and he pulled out this little kiddy bike that my sister got for her birthday seven years ago. It's pretty tiny. So we took the tires off. We tried to cut one off, but once we got through the rubber, there were five or six wires! In a tire. (Why?) It took us like fifteen minutes and three different pairs of wire cutters to get through them. But we eventually conquered it. (Puny Bike! Submit to your master!) Then Ben gets this great idea to ride it down our back yard. The I get this great idea to go ride it in the woods behind our house. It was pretty crazy. It didn't LOOK very hardcore, but it was pretty awesome. (And my butt hurts... a lot.) I have fallen in love with Pandora. It's basically a website that let's you enter a song name or artist and then it makes a radio station with songs similar to the one you chose. I've already added like fifty songs to my iTunes shopping cart. I'm probably getting a real drum set soon.. I say real because my set now is not a trapset, it's a crap set. (hehehe) I'm gonna be getting a Gretsch set, along with some Zildjian cymbals, and some DW hardware. I'm pretty excited. I played laser tag last night with CerealKiller. It was pretty fun. I'll let CerealKiller talk about it.

Nov. 14, 2007 - "Tear Away These Faces, We Hide Behind...
Faces - Scary Kids Scaring Kids
Okay, okay, I DID copy CerealKiller's Blog title thingie. But he said that HE copied it from someone, so I think it's okay. I got "Fading Away" by Demon Hunter. It's from their new album, "Storm The Gates Of Hell". And that's one of there more Christian album names... It's pretty good (Fading Away, I haven't heard the whole album yet). I've been playing Halo 2 a lot recently. I borrowed it from my cousin because he gets to play Halo 3. My mom said I can't get it. *sobs hysterically* I just finished my Lit work for tomorrows discussion so, I'm feeling pretty good right now. We had to read, "The Faerie Queen", by someone dead. It's in Old English so, basically, it's DUMB. Two more posts and I'll have hit the 100 post mark! So comment. Please. And Emodinosaur, could you give me your AIM or whatever you use?

Nov. 7, 2007 - B-day
So we got back from the beach Saturday, which was also my birthday. The night before we went to NYPD Pizza in Mt. Pleasant, Marble Slab, and Barnes & Nobles. Got a Dilbert comic book and a book that teaches me HTML (my blog is gonna be SWEET). Got a $15 iTunes Giftcard from CerealKiller. Here's a list of all the music I got (not just with the giftcard).
Scary Kids Scaring Kids (the new album) - Scary Kids Scaring Kids The City Sleeps in Flames (album) - Scary Kids Scaring Kids Southern Weather (album) - The Almost I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love (album) - My Chemical Romance Streamline, Revenga, Cigaro, and Toxicity - System of a Down Fear and Panic - Cannae Apology - Alesana Honest Hitchhikers Asking For Cash Handouts - Sky Eats Airplane Saints - Destroy The Runner Hey John, What's Your Name Again, HTML Rulez Dood - The Devil Wears Prada New Medicines - Dead Poetic Dry The River - Maylene & and The Sons of Disaster That's all, but it's a lot. But then again I'm practically addicted to music. Vote in my music genre poll. Please. I also got an amp. I'm saving up for a drum set. Probably a Pacific or Gretsch (or however you spell that). I had a good jam session on the drums today. I was totally rockin' out. And it took a while to make all those links so go to at least some of them.

Oct. 11, 2007 - Xbox 360
Well I finally got it. I have to say, I was completely caught off guard that my parents let me get one. I mean, I'm fine with it, but I was still surprised. Emokidd has refueled my love for MCR. Or just reminded me. But they are awesome!

Oct. 5, 2007 - Family Reunion
So, right now I'm at a Quality Inn in Statesville, SC. Every year (for a long time) my dad's side of the family has had a family reunion. In MY opinion, they've declined in quality over time, but not many pewople agree with me. Less and less people come, there's no one my age except for my cousin, Andrew, and we switched the place that we have it. But the lunch is always good. I'm sharing a room (with two double beds) with; my dad (bathing my brother), my mom (couldn't think of anything to say) , my brother Thomas ("I am bored") , my brother Will ("Hi, I like it here at the hotel"), my brother Daniel (no comment =D), and my brother Jack ("ah duhhh!!!" He's 3). It's a small room... I was talking to Andrew earlier on AIM... (Me)-well, i gtg cuz my parents are walking out the door (to leave for Statesville) (Andrew)-wait bring a notebook (Me)-why? (A)-because im gonna talk you japanese (Me)-...ok (A)-that way we can be awesome together I don't really know how he's gonna teach me Japanese in 3 hours but, if he wants to try, that's fine with me. So I'm riding in the car, and I pull out my iPod. I select my most recently aquired song, "I Don't Want To Be In Love (Dance Floor Anthem)", by Good Charlotte, and it skips to the next one. Thinking I accidentally hit the skip button, I select it again. It skips again. So I go to the third song. AND IT SKIPS IT. I am thoughroly annoyed with my iPod. Side note: If any of you reading this have a Mac, and use AIM, GoogleTalk, Yahoo, or MSN, download Adium. It can do all of those AT ONCE. And it's highly customizable, unlike Apple's iChat. My mom wants to use the laptop because she's doign some midnight sale, so I gotta wrap this up. This is probably my longest post ever and I'm not trying this time. =D Check out the band, "The Last Goodnight"

Oct. 4, 2007 - The Beach!
I'm so excited! I'm going to the beach at the end of October. And my birthday is in a month which means....... DRIVERS PERMIT!!!!!!! As you might have guessed, I'm just a wee bit excited. Also I got a song by Comeback Kid, called "Die Tonight". It's awesome. I'm TRYING to buy a Xbox 360 Elite, but my parents are taking FOREVER to decide if I can get one or not. If I don't (or even if I do) I'm gonna get a drum set. Does anyone know Kestrel? SHE got a 360 and promptly disappeared from HSB. I will not do that. Do not fear. Because, I mean, I know that you all couldn't survive without my posts. =P

My Ebay item ended at $198.44, which was MUCH more than I expected. CerealKiller, check out the two iTunes widgets I got. Jealous? Go into your iTunes preferences and click on "My iTunes". Take it from there. Oh and out of randomness, check out the shoes I'm gonna get.

Sep. 7, 2007 - Inspired
Well I got *insert title* by CerealKiller's blog entries so I'm gonna try to do a longer post even though I just did one. I'm listing to Never Too Late by Three Days Grace which is an awesome song. My Ebay item sells tomorrow . I'm excited. Right now it's only $2.50 higher than what i started it at, but then again I did start it at $125. But usually on Ebay people wait until the last second to bid so I hope I'll get more. My mom thinks it's a waste of money to buy jeans with holes already in them. I don't. I'm probably going to mow tomorrow. (money! ha ha ha ha! maniacal laughter* CerealKiller you still owe me $9). One of my friends just moved to England. It was sort of sudden. I mean I knew they were moving but it was still sudden. And I'm about to upgrade my iTunes library to iTunes Plus. And I'm just thinking of things to say. So.................. I'm gonna split.
