Fun in the sun but the LAKE is frozen
We started our day a little different. I had to take Paul to his truck this morning. He started the truck, jumped back in the car an said let's go check out the lake. The boys were still snoozing. We discovered a frozen wonderland. So, I dropped Paul off at his truck and came home to wake the boys. They loved it as you can see in the pictures. We had a blast! That was so worth getting up and getting out in the cold. I feel so good after going and enjoying what God made for us. I feel refreshed. Thanks Paul for an awesome idea.
We are doing school today and just messing around. I don't think we have any big plans for a day or so. We will be staying home and enjoying life at the house. That is a good thing.
By the way, I consider myself a professional mouser now. We apparently have been chosen to be the mouse house this year. I have proclaimed war and am taking back my home. I am proud to say that we actually caught Grandpa mouse. That was a blessing. The only thing is that I didn't know they could be loud. We caught one the other night and it screamed and woke me up. That was horrible. I am just thankful to God for peanut butter and mouse traps. (I know that Carrie will appreciate this.) I guess that is one of the joys of living in the country.
Have a blessed day!!! HUGS!

It does look like a lot of fun, and they did venture pretty far. Glad you had such an awesome, fun day. :)
