Ahhhh...May!

I just love the month of May, and it's
very busy in my house. We have many birthdays and anniversaries
in my family during the first 2 weeks of May - not to mention Mother's
Day too. Yesterday, my mother gave the girls 3 goldfish to have as pets. They were so excited. We only have the aquarium for now, but we plan to buy the fixins today. One of the fish didn't make it - it died this morning, so they are sad about that. It's good for them to have something living to take care of - other than plants. I think this will be good for them. They'll learn the importance of caring for them properly and preparing for vacations, etc. I'll try not to take over! LOL School has been good. We're almost done for the year. We made out our calendar yesterday, and are scheduled to finish our curric on the Friday before Memorial Day. Then, they'll officially be in the next grade. I just love springtime... |
