The wait is finally over!

The hubby was offered the new position on Wednesday morning, and he has accepted the offer.  It’s a generous offer, complete with a full relocation package; so Tennessee, here we come! 

We didn’t tell the girls about this until Wednesday night after bible class.  It was NOT pretty.  There were tears, sobs, questions, fears expressed… you name it.  After about 45 minutes of getting past the shock, Sarah started to listen to the positives in store.  Rachel chose not to… not yet anyway.  Rachel likes to drown in her sorrows for as long as possible.  This morning, both girls were fine.  They started emailing others with the news of our impending move, and even smiled at the excitement of the house hunt we’ve already begun.  I’m still a little nervous – with all that has to be done - but happy that there is now a concrete decision and we can move toward this new adventure of ours.

I'm green. Tennessee is one of the most beautiful places. The homes are soo cheap there. I know you will love it.

I've been wondering how you are doing. I hope you do indeed get to close on your new house very soon.
Limbo time is so hard, but even more when you are separated from your husband like that.

Just looking at houses is exhausting and having ours for sale the past month has been a challenge. I am sure you have been worn out by the whole process.
