Oh Shay, I am jealous!!! I really want one of those! Don't you love having food preserved for the future??? Geanine and I have been doing some mega cooking for the freezer. It's not pretty to look at like your beans, but it's a good feeling just the same.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! I've been so busy I just now saw it.

Hey, great job! We also love fresh canned food. My husband and I have found, corn keeps it's flavor better when it's frozen.
Keep it up... it really pay$ off. :)

Shay,
I am so embarrased to say that I have NEVER canned before. I have always wanted to but I have to see it done first before I can actually do it (visual learner). It looks like you have done a fantastic job of canning those green beans. YOU GO GIRL! I bet you are going to be canning everything now - LOL

Love this post!

Cooker/Canner!!!
i have one like it & it is priceless!!!

My name is Julie. I found you through Baby Noah's blog. I live in Greenwood SC & have one son!!!
My son was born a Micro Preemie & is a survivor. Since he has a RARE Immune Deficiency & is Homeschooled/home bound, he has learned his mom is the Pressure Cooker!!!! Not really but he loves fresh veggies & will go to the Garden & pick tomatoes & greenbeans & eat them right there (this was when he was smaller!!)
Good Luck with canning/pressure cooking. To be able to do this is a GIFT!!! IGood luck with the Homeschooling also. No one will tell you it is easy but IT IS the best!!!
Julie,
mom to Blake
