OUCH!!!!!!!

You know it is never a good sign when your child runs into the house past you yelling, "Mom!  I fell face first on the concrete!"  Sarah was riding her scooter this evening and managed to fall on her face, literally.  Not a scratch or bruise anywhere else.  Here is a picture.
