It's Time!

Well, the time has come.  After 3 months of preparation the weekend has finally arrived!  This Sunday night the children's choir will preform 'The Christmas County Spelling Bee' and I will once again be able to sleep!

No, seriously, I love this time of year.  I tend to get a little frantic in the final week before the program but I love it at the same time.  It is so much fun to watch the kids finally get to do what they have worked so hard on.  This year every kid in the program has their own special part.  This may not seem like a big deal to you, but we have 21 kids in our choir from 1st to 6th grade.  3 of those kids have special needs (2 with Down's Syndrome and 1 with autism) so this is a big deal!  I am so excited for each one of them to be able to have a special part to play.

So...3 days and counting.  Okay, Now the panic attack is setting in!
