Preschool!
Well, the time has finally come! Monday we started preschool with Timothy. I had thought I would do this in September, but Timothy quickly let me know that he really wanted nothing to do with anything even remotely resembling a worksheet! That was okay though ~ the blessings of homeschooling! He didn't have to suffer through something he was completely not ready for. But in the past couple months we have noticed such a 'growing up' in Timothy that we figured we could get started. Sure enough, he was ready and excited about it! So we pulled out our BOZ workbook (we got ours at Costco) and learned about how God made the plants for us to enjoy and eat, and to provide us with shade and shelter. How God cares for all his creation, and shows that care by providing the plants for the people and the animals. Then we used some of our Lauri toys and praticed his numbers, colors and just had fun. He said he liked school! In fact, he liked it so much that I didn't think I was going to get anything else done that day!
Here is Timothy, proudly showing off his worksheet:

Here he is enjoying his Lauri "Number Train":
