ExercisingNow that I'm not sick anymore (with the cough that lasted 3 weeks!) I'm back on track with my exercise. Like I posted, Saturday I went to the gym and got in 60 minutes using the elliptical and the treadmill; on Sunday I rested; Monday I did 15 minutes of walking and 10 minutes of my "Ramp It Up" video (lunges, squats, etc.); yesterday I did 40 minutes of walking/jogging and 10 minutes strength exercises. This morning I walked/jogged a mile and a half. If Stephen gets home from work earlier enough I'd love to go to the gym again this afternoon. { Last Page } { Page 19 of 30 } { Next Page } |
