Fitness accomplishmentI did something this morning that I haven't been able to do before-instead of walking to my Leslie Sansone DVD I jogged almost the entire time! It was like, 5 minutes of jogging then 30 seconds of walking and then back to jogging. My breathing and heartrate have never allowed for that before but today I did great and it was for 23 minutes!
