I have some blogkeeping to do! Whew, you guys keep me busy! Not that I don't enjoy your attention, of course... ;-)
First of all- I have now exceeded the impressive number of 200 comments! Wow, you all amaze me! Just for the record, my 50th comment was posted by Curufinwe, my 100th comment was by Renee (crochetcrazy), and my 200th was written by Breezy of TheDrawingBlog! Thank you, my friends!!!
And now... I was awarded twice by Booklover.Thank you, sweet Amy!
I shall give this all-new Gold Star Blog Award to.....(drumroll, please)
You are supposed to take the nearest book that has a least 200 pages... go to the 78th page... the 5th line.. and write the following 3 lines
Here goes!
Ummm... what if the nearest book is a hymnal?? How about the second nearest book. Or... the third nearest. What if they're all the same distance away? I'll just close my eyes and pick......
Oh, Beowolf.
pèah pe ne meahte on mere drìfan hringed-stephnan; holm storme wèol, won wiò winde; winter ýpe bèleac
*cannot restrain laughter*
EDIT: Rats, I forgot to tag people AGAIN! I tag.... everyone who's favorite color is gold.

Also, I'm entering a scrapbook giveaway hosted by Growing in Grace. I encourage you to visit their site!

You are probably all expecting another story excerpt about now. I wish I had something decent to give you! So sorry I couldn't get it up in time, I'll try to post it soon! In the meantime, I'll give you a heads up and let you know that my life is not my own for these next 2 weeks! That's right, I belong to my choir. *sigh* We have lots of concerts coming up, so things will be very hectic around here for a while. It's all fun, but it's also rather overwhelming! Hopefully I will be able to reply to all your comments without much delay! Thank you all for your patience! ;-)
Hi Grace! Thanks for the comment! Yes, it looks like we will probably be taking a year off of debate, which is sad for me because this will end up being my last year. It's been a wonderful 3 years though. God bless!
Toni
Thanks!

Thanks for the award Grace! So nice of you...
Wellll.... my twin sisters are supposed to be fraternal, but we have had a hard time deciding. To me, they look different enough to be fraternal, however they still look enough alike to fool people! Our family just calls them "extremely similar". ;-)
We were hiking in a box canyon, actually. There are a few more pics, one in which he is pretending to eat a snake, but there was some facials, and I don't like to have too many of those if I can help it.
I think it would be interesting to be rolled around in a trash can. Some guys at church tried to roll each other around in a box, but that didn't work, so they settled for sliding down the stairs on the stomachs. *thud, thud, thud, thud, WHUMP* "Ow. That was FUN!! You do it now, Zack! *thud, thud, thud, thud, WHUMP* "That WAS fun! We should make it more like a ramp though..." *guys run off for some puzzle piece floor mats* "Okay, we'll just line them up like this..." *whoosh, THUMP* "YEEESSSS!!! Do it, Zack!" *whoosh, THUMP* "Yahoo!!"
Don't ask me why they were doing this.

Congratulations on the awards! BTW, I'm still working on that button... I am considering closing TemplateTidbits until the summer... I barely have enough time to reply to comments, much less make templates!
That tag is extremely funny! What language is that? I'm not even gonna' guess, for fear of embarassment.
RYC: Yes, concert season is awful, yet lovely at the same time... Next year's going to be even worse! I'll be doing symphonic band at my church, choir, flute, and symphony at GCON! Good golly! I thought this year was bad! =^)
Congratulations! 200 comments.. Very nice! I just hit 500... I think it was yesterday, but I didn't get on yesterday, so I'm not sure... I should probably post, but there's nothing to post about, except how hectic life has been, and how there's no time to post or reply to comments...
Do I really post the most comments on your blog? *beams* I think that you post the most on mine... =^)
Yay! My favorite color is NOT gold! I don't have to do the tag! Woot. ;)
RYC: Thanks for welcoming me back. I wasn't really gone, but it is nice to know I was missed. Lol. Yeah, I had to look at the entries for some info for a speech I was doing on blogging. It turned out really nice.
That award is awesome looking! Thanks! It's very cute (:

Congratulations on reaching 200 comments!
Hope all of your concerts go well - it's always challenging to be that busy. (I've been there before, too!) :)
Have a wonderful day!
Kori
You have 200 comments! Already? But you've only been here about two months! Wow! You must be one dedicated blogger! ;)
You're reading Beowulf? I love that book! Although I must admit to reading the translated version... ;) That was pretty funny... *giggles with you*
Don't be joking! I'd love you to come visit me! You could come stay, and bring your whole family! Honestly, I'd love to meet some of my blog friends, and they never want to come! :(
Haha... yeah, elvish name generators are usually pretty unreliable! Often they just have a list of names and choose one at random, I think. I was thinking of calling myself Finduilas, but decided that would be a little too pointed! Besides, she wasn't exactly the strongest character...
Grace would be translated Eruanna, I think. Or maybe that's Graceful? Whatever it is, it's close! And it also carries the spiritual connotations with the the first part being Eru-, so it should be pretty close, I think...
Boy, do I ever understand busyness! *runs away over the green hills with you*
Hurry up with that story chapter!

P.S. Thanks for the award!
P.P.S. The New Zealand National Anthem was written by Thomas Bracken. Not that that would mean anything it you... it didn't to me, anyway! God Save the Queen is also our National Anthem due to our ties to England, but everyone ignores it. That's right, we have two official National Anthems! We're just greedy.... ;)

Aww... Thanks for the award, Grace! How sweet of you. I don't know if I'll be able to pass it on, but I'll definitely put it on my sidebar.
Thanks for all your previous comments. I'm sorry that I haven't responded to them directly. I shall try to do better in the future. I enjoy hearing from you!
I'm glad you're joining in the Prayer Challenge for us. Mexico and France are countries definitely in need of prayer. Have fun on your trip to Mexico! :)
Love,
~Kylie

Yes, it was great fun on Friday! Though it was extremely hot... What award did you get for choir? I got the "Page Turner Extraordinaire!" Indeed, it was very funny how we both wore almost the same shirt... Though I don't get why they made them navy and pink, when It's supposed to be burnt orange... *think of another word beside yes and indeed...*
Si! Sarah and Felicity's party was a hit! Pig is a fun game... =^) And the grass blowing was very fun and noisy.
Thanks, having a good director helps, doesn't it? I liked "Stomp Your Foot" as well as "Yo Le Canto". Y'all did such a good job! My mom said that Mrs. H said that I'm ready to move up to Concert Choir next year. Eeek! I said "I think I'll wait another year..." ;-)
I'm glad you like the button! It wasn't that hard... Photobucket was a help... 8^0
Looking forward to Tuesday and Thursday... =^)

Hey there -
thanks for the birthday wishes and glad the gravatar worked for you! :D
Grace is a 17 year old girl who is striving to follow God's leading, but would be constantly embracing failure if God didn't just sweep her off her feet, sometimes against her will. Music is her first love and expertise: specifically voice, but also piano. She has been trained classically, which is a good thing, most of the time, except when she wants to sing pop style... and can't. Her favorite genres of music are Celtic, Scottish and Irish folk songs/jigs, film music, and broadway show tunes. Grace also takes pleasure in the beautiful diversions of writing poetry, Ultimate Frisbee, sketching, dancing in the rain, Irish Step Dancing, speech and debate tournaments, scrapbooking, acting, reading, photography, standing outside at night while the wind whips the trees every which way, and talking about herself in the third person.
