All or some of you may have recieved this award already, but if so... consider yourself awarded twice! ;-)

Now, I have an announcement! *fumbles in pocket* 4 months is far too short a time to spend among such excellent and admirable... bloggers. I don't know half of you as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve. But I regret to announce that - I am going now. Goodbye.
*chuckles to self*
Oh, alright, I relent. I shall only be absent for the extent of a week. The fact is, I'm going out of town to visit family, and I'll be returning very soon. Sorry for the -ahem- false alarm. :-0
RYC: Thanks so much, abortion is horrible. I pray that everyone is really affected by the site. I can really only make the site though. It is up to everyone else to promote it and get the stone rolling. Sign up on the forum and leave us a note. ;)

Awwww, thanks for the award Grace. :-)
And you had me worried there for a minute.... "Wait, no... she can't be leaving HSB already... Oh, wait... just a week. Phew!" ;-)
I also enjoyed reading the new excerpt of your story. I'm looking forward to more... and am wondering what will happen next! Oh well, I guess I have to wait *at least* a week.

Oh my goodness!

Grace, you nearly gave me a heart attack! Oh my goodness... To my recollection, these were the thoughts that went through my head: "She's leaving? She can't do that! She's hasn't been blogging long enough! Well, at least I have her e-mail address." Haha... ;) At least you are loved. :)
RYC: Thanks for your comments on my essay/report... I spent a lot of time on it (I think I began in January) so it was really rewarding to get some compliments.
Well, I would love to hear your thoughts on Prince Caspian, if you post them. The discussion is still going, I think.
Yeah... the night raid scene wasn't my favorite either, but I've just been discussing this with one of my friends. It is rather thought-provoking, if you think about it (pardon the pun). I mean, how would Peter feel? He was the High King of Narnia, but because of a rash decision he'd just let his country down. He was already trying to save Narnia, but he made the situation rather worse. Just putting myself in his shoes was sad enough. That scene was powerful, but I much dislike seeing bad guys die, too, and it was a little intense for me. :( Did you see the female centaur, when they returned, mourning the loss of one of her family? That was sad.
Well, I'll quit rambling now. Have a wonderful time visiting family! Blessings!
So, are you back now? I've missed you terribly!! I need to start blogging more. There's just too much to blog about. Narrowing it down is a pain. Well, if you're home now maybe I'll call you Saturday. Or Sunday, if that works best!

Oh man!! I just scrolled down and saw how your buttons are in their own little box and you can scroll up and down to see them. You so totally need to do that for your awards and stuff too!! What a great idea for uncluttering a blog sidebar!!

Grace is a 17 year old girl who is striving to follow God's leading, but would be constantly embracing failure if God didn't just sweep her off her feet, sometimes against her will. Music is her first love and expertise: specifically voice, but also piano. She has been trained classically, which is a good thing, most of the time, except when she wants to sing pop style... and can't. Her favorite genres of music are Celtic, Scottish and Irish folk songs/jigs, film music, and broadway show tunes. Grace also takes pleasure in the beautiful diversions of writing poetry, Ultimate Frisbee, sketching, dancing in the rain, Irish Step Dancing, speech and debate tournaments, scrapbooking, acting, reading, photography, standing outside at night while the wind whips the trees every which way, and talking about herself in the third person.
