My dear sister, Emily, has a blog now! I know that all of you, my faithful and long-suffering friends, will enjoy getting to know her. Her interests are as follows: "Playing my violin, orchestra, playing with my brother, Ultimate Frisbee, going to church, listening to classical music, sight reading new music, going outside, thinking, going on walks, playing piano, reading the Bible, cooking, making things, our family vacation spot, journaling, sewing, crocheting, Irish whistle, Mexico, friends, fiddling, mountains, little kids, gardening, creeks and rivers, my cousins, lovely things, elegant costumes, Anne of Green Gables, flowers, archery, singing."
You're bound to have something in common with her! So go say hi!
Thank you, Grace, for posting about me! You're so sweet. Thanks for all the help getting started! Love you!
Emily

Thanks for letting me know, dear! I shall have to go look. :)
I'm doing well.... just trying to catch up on 'work' without having it be the focus or take over my life. I need/want to visit my friends blogs but I just haven't been able to! :(
love you!
No subject now that I can think of!

How wonderful. I love it when new people join HSB. I am SO sorry that I am not a very faithful SSA. My life has been so insanely busy, you would not believe, and it continues to be so. I LOVE the picture of the flowers below. We have had such beautiful weather these past few days. God has certainly blessed us, and I hope that the weather stays this way. Well, I have lots of stuff to get done in these next few hours before I go to bed. I hope and pray that God will bless you and your family immensely. Continue to be such a beautiful, sweet, godly young lady.
In Christ

@Eliza (the inquisitive ;-): I haven't heard Amazing Grace as sung by Il Divo, but I'll look it up! I think it's on your sister's playlist, right?
I got the P&P icons from searching Google images. No particular site, just random places! I like them too!
We should play Ultimate again soon! I miss you guys! <3
@My SSA: Thank you so much! And don't worry about being busy. I completely understand. ;-)

Haha, I guess we have 'love of little kids', 'playing the piano', and 'fiddling' (unless that means playing the fiddle... because I do like to fiddle with stuff) in common.
I'll have to drop by and say 'hi' soon.

Hi Grace!
Thanks so much for your sweet comment! I'm glad you enjoy the pictures.... I love taking them and its fun to have people to share them with!
Hmmm.... I guess you'll just have to "jump" on up to Oregon to do some dancing! ;-) We've also found helpful videos at the library that teach dances... you could learn some exciting ones like the Virginia reel and teach them to friends. We've done that before and it always turns out to be a lot of fun!
That's great that your sister's on HSB too! Always nice to "meet" new people!
Have a wonderful day!!

It was great seeing you there! It was also very weird seeing a girl I ran cross country with. She lives in Temple. Well, ta!

Eliza! Yes, it was fun seeing you Tuesday! Where did you guys disappear to after the rally? I didn't see you at all after it started. And you're kind of hard to miss, there's so many of y'all. ;-)

We went to our family, on the other side of the crowd! After the rally, we went straight home. We passed where we saw y'all at first, but we couldn't find you. Where did you go?

Well, we hung around the steps for a while after the rally... but we kind of meandered over to the big long sidewalk thing, so maybe y'all didn't look over there... ;-) After like 10 minutes we went down on the lawn, but that's probably after y'all left. Too bad we missed you! We need to play frisbee again! Although our schedule for the next week or two is crazy!

Hey!Man,I just can't get over how beautiful that template is!How're u doing?
Grace is a 17 year old girl who is striving to follow God's leading, but would be constantly embracing failure if God didn't just sweep her off her feet, sometimes against her will. Music is her first love and expertise: specifically voice, but also piano. She has been trained classically, which is a good thing, most of the time, except when she wants to sing pop style... and can't. Her favorite genres of music are Celtic, Scottish and Irish folk songs/jigs, film music, and broadway show tunes. Grace also takes pleasure in the beautiful diversions of writing poetry, Ultimate Frisbee, sketching, dancing in the rain, Irish Step Dancing, speech and debate tournaments, scrapbooking, acting, reading, photography, standing outside at night while the wind whips the trees every which way, and talking about herself in the third person.
