Hello everyone! I'm Sisterlisa and I am the owner and publisher of Growing in Grace Magazine, an online publication for girls ages tween and up. I am a homeschooling mom of four and two of my girls are writers with me at GGM.

I created GGM as a mother-daughter project to have the opportunity to work together with my girls on a project that would adonish them as writers and bring hope and inspiration to other girls.

In addition to all of this I write devotions and various articles for women at Apples of Gold Ministries.

Sorry I and my mom still haven't sent you an email. But before we do, I do have a question: I have a really good Christian friend who is has been feeling really depressed lately and I was wondering if you could send the gift card to her. You could even include a little message like "From your friend Elizabeth!" Does that work? If so, please let me know and I will pm you her address. She would love it and it would be such a wonderful surprise and brighten her day.

Isn't it weird how you can be half a world away (you can't get any further than that) and we still can get to know people - the people I know on HSB are people I wouldn't even know existed! Funny to wonder what you're doing right at this moment!

The Play is going well, costumes are all working fine... we are done this weeks shows, and will start again on Thursday with practices and photo shoots until then, so once we are done with all of that this week I will start posting pictures of the costumes... :)

Your new issue if GGM was very nice, I enjoyed reading it, I wasn't able to read all of it yet, but I hope to soon.

The Susan/Caspian cross bow pic--no, it was not in the final cut of the movie. It appeared in a behind the scenes video shot last fall, but apparently the scene was edited out of the final cut of the movie. I think word has it that it will be in the extended edition of the dvd, however. I just used it because it was the first pic of Susan and Caspian I found! :)

Also...I noticed that one of your commenters mentioned Jenny Wiley...I'm Jenny's Great Grand Niece 8 times removed! Our family really admires her tragic/triumphant story. I don't know if I could have lived through that. I have lost a little girl, I don't know if I could have lived through losing my whole family.
