Luke is Going to Work

My oldest son Luke is going to work with Daddy.  He will be turning 12 this summer, the age I was when I began going with my father to work.  Luke didn't look thrilled to be getting up at six this morning, but I think he's excited to go.  Paul finishes cabinets with his brother Jacob and another helper.  It is not an easy job, but they make it fun.  I can't wait to hear how the day goes.  I snapped this picture as they were heading out this morning.

They do grow up quickly don't they. I'm sure you're very proud of him and can't wait to hear how his day goes. We are having a hard time trying to get our children to "work" around here. My sister and I shared a room growing up and we loved redecorating and cleaning up our room. I can't seem to understand why my two girls seem to prefer the messy, cluttered, "where are my shoes?" look! LoL. You're doing a great job, Corey

I think it's great when father and son can work together. Helps strengthen a relationship, or get one going. Cute photo.

I think it is so great for boys to go to work with their dad. Will this be on a semi-regular basis, or is it just today or what?
