Leaving Tomorrow

The extra blessings are leaving tomorrow.  It is bittersweet.  It has not been an easy job, but the kids are great and I'll miss them.  They will be going to their mom in Virginia to get ready to start school there.  Their Dad, my brother-in-law, will continue to stay here and work with my husband until he gets instructions from the Navy -- which he assumes will put him in Virginia with the rest of his family.

I hope to get back to more regular blogging and commenting next week, but we'll have to see how our school days work out.

I leave you all with this picture:  I'm such a slave driver, I even had the baby cleaning :)

So soon? I thought you would have the crew for much longer, but it makes sense with school about to start.

Cute picture - you do start them early. lol

Love the picture! I really don't like it when people say that kids are too young to help. There is always something that they can learn and help with and they always feel more important when they do. Good for you. My 4 and 2 year olds do all kinds of things...fill water tanks, feed chickens, clean up after meals, help with laundry, put away shoes, make beds. We are allowing God to plan the size of our family and after all, each one is going to have to learn to help out!

I'm sure you'll miss the extra fun. I hope this is going to work out well and for the best. :') Enjoy your school year kickoff, whenever you get to that.

You've redone the place...and gone country! I love it!
I pray everything works out for these precious llittle ones and I know your brother-in-law must be thankful for your investment of love and time into their lives.
Blessings, Julie
