Jun. 30, 2008 - Feeling All Grown Up
I know this probably sounds really dumb, but I've been feeling grown up lately. Last night definitely worked too... I drove out with Chelsea and Jonny to the drive-in theater, which is the coolest thing ever. We watched Kung Fu Panda (super funny) and Indiana Jones (super dumb). I felt so grown up driving us all out there, hanging out with a bunch of people (and being the responsible adult for our car...wow), drinking iced coffee to stay awake, and driving home after one in the morning! It was a lot of fun,
I was babysitting on Friday night, and you're never gonna believe what happened. After the kids were in bed, I sat down with a book, turned to the second page and what did I find? ISAIAH 30:21.... AGAIN. That's round six. It just won't stop! =)
Yesterday, I had a really homesick day. I just wanted to go home... but, it passed by the end of the day, and I was glad. I would hate to feel that way for the next four weeks! =)
