Good Evening All,

Today we had three foxes out back near the garden and the shed. They were quite pretty. I tried to get close enough to take a photo, but they scurried away quickly much to Son #5's dismay! This was the first time we saw them--about 6:30 a.m.

Then they returned a couple of hours later, ran off again when we went outside and then returned again about noon. Sons #4 & 5 and I went inside and immediately googled "fox sounds" as we kept hearing them off in the distance. Sure enough, the sound clips we heard were similar. We also found out that a group of foxes are called a "skulk", so we had a nice quick science lesson today! Maybe tomorrow, we'll see them again and be able to get a good picture! Meanwhile, we're keeping our orange-tabby cat close to home so that he doesn't become their next dinner!

Also, saw my brother again today. He looked remarkably better than when I last posted! I know that a lot of it is because so many of God's people are praying for him. He was smiling today and actually looked SO MUCH BETTER! Thank you to those of you have added him to your prayer list and have kept him in prayer over the last 37 days when he first became hospitalized. His attitude and demeanor was much improved and hopefully one day soon they will be able to work on weaning him off the ventilator.

I was able to work around the house again today. I love days when I can just stay home and get caught up on things! We baked some cookies because the weather has cooled down here (only in the 70's today I think). I cleaned the bathrooms and made a huge supper. The only time we went out was to see my brother, and dear hubby also took us all out for an ice cream cone afterwards. It was nice.

We are also busily thinking about our trip to Yellowstone. It's not far off. Hopefully, my brother will be well on the mend so I can feel comfortable leaving town for that long.
