Tightwad Tip-

Shave with (cheap) hair conditioner.  I had heard of this tip, but had never tried it until I ran out of my more expensive shave gel.  I think I like the hair conditioner better.

In fact, I am feeling not only very much alive but also ecstatic. Wanna know why?

Yes, I won NaNo! :-D (Meaning, of course, that I reached 50,000 words before November 30th.) I am very happy. Now I can go to bed early instead of staying up until the wee hours trying to get in my word count for the night.

Oh yeah, and we went to a ball this past Friday... I am going to try to post pics really soon! :-)

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!  We did!  We went over to my husband's brother's house and had a very enjoyable visit.  This January, our oldest nephew will be entering the Air Force so we are glad to get to spend time with him before he heads of to boot camp.  The next nephew will be graduating at the end of this year and plans to head for Florida for college and our niece is a junior (at 15 YIKES!) and won't be here much longer either.  So it was good to get to spend time with them.  Our middle nephew, R, spent a lot of time with Little One.  He was so good with him, which was nice since there was no one Little One's age to play with.
We think Little One is doing better.  I guess I should have updated before now, but we are really confused by him.  We were able to go back to church this week which was a blessing.  The doctor thinks LO is ok, but things still seem to be out of wack, so we are keeping an eye on it.  We are suppose to keep him on Miralax for about a year and we are still suppose to see a GI with him. Hopefully the GI will know more of what's going on, but I doubt it.  LO seems as confused about all of it as we do.  One of the problems is it seems like he has trouble knowing when he has to go to the bathroom and he holds it for hours.
Well, I have been very busy which is why I haven't blogged in a while.  Hopefully, I will be back to more of my normal blogging habits this week!  As I have already mentioned, I have written several articles for E-how and Squidoo, which took up some of my time and I spent some time shaking up my blog.  Yep, a whole new look!!!  Yes, I still have a C-box!  lol!!! I've already been told by Kristy and JoAnn that they had trouble finding it.  I have also recently added Twitter to my page.  It's right above my C-box.  I have also been having fun designing products for my new online store.  You can check it out here: http://www.zazzle.com/lynnhsmomof2
Well, I hope you have a great week!  Please leave a comment and let me know you stopped by!

I've been up to something new.  I have discovered writing articles on E-how and Squidoo.   So of course I want to share my new articles with my blog friends.  My articles so far all deal with either homeschooling (in some way or other) or saving money (so you can homeschool!!!).  I'm hoping to write a whole lot more of these, so please check my E-how and Squidoo profiles in the future to see what I have added.  Well, here's the links:
