Praise The Lord!
I cannot believe this! Nothing but good news in the mail! How often does that happen??? No bills, just good news!!!
One envelope was a letter from my hubby's school letting him know that his loan approval and scholarships went through!!! Praise the Lord, no money to come up with on short notice!
Then there was a second envelope with a card in it from my mom's group that I have not been able to be a very active part of this year and it had a gift certificate for the grocery store with $50 on it!
Can you believe how great God is? |

Amen!
| Shane and I were reading Mark 5 & 6 for our devotional last night. I never remembered reading this before, but Mark writes that Jesus calmed the sea and walked on the water and the disciples marvelled, because they hadn't seen the miracle in feeding the 5,000 earlier that day because of the hardness of their hearts. (That's paraphrasing, so look it up, he says it better than I do!) Shane commented on how funny it is that we see the "big" miracles when the biggest miracle of all is how He provides for us. And this is a great example! I appreciate how quick you are to praise the Lord. Good reminder for me. :) |
