Apr. 12, 2006 - my son has autism

My son is officially diagnosed as high-functioning autistic/borderline Asperger's. He's doing much better as he grows up .... seems to be adapting to his autism and learning how to deal with it. He works hard at it!

Read your comment on my blog - I'm traveling to Jasper, IN - about an hour north of Evansville.

Apr. 24, 2006 - Autism

Hi I'm 6littlelambs from the Shed. I don't have a child with autism but I've always been fascinated by it and read a lot of books. I wanted to recommend To Wise to be Mistaken, To Good to be Unkind. I THINK it is by Karen Steel(or Steele). I am sure of the last name but not the first. It is just an excellent book and easy to read by a mother with an autistic son so it's not all technical just very encouraging. Have a blessed day.....Renee--aka 6littlelambs
