Sep. 15, 2005 - Here are the book I got at the Library for our history studies.
We are studying Middle ages.
Video:
The Middle Ages (Just the Facts Learning Series) I found this in the Junior section of the library. They have other videos that are worth getting which I will post later once I get them next week.
Books:
Castle Diary The Journal of Tobias Burgess, Page; Transcribed by Richard Platt and Ilustrated by Chris Riddell. This is a beautiful hardback oversized book.
The Truth about Castles by Gillian Clements
Medieval Places by Sarah Howarth
Fourtheenth Century Towns (Living History series)
In the Time of Knights by Shelley Tanaka
What Do We Know about the Middle Ages? by Sarah Howarth
We will be watching the video today and reading one of these gems mentioned above.
Blessings~

Hey Holly! Congrats on being Random blogger of the week! Looks like you and I get to share the page together! Wow, wish I knew why Spunky chose my blog! Your gift ought to help much with your Medieval studies (one of my faves BTW). Take care and have a nice weekend, jay

I have no idea why I was chosen but I really feel honored!! I was talking my dh on the IM and my mailbox chimed letting me know I got mail from Spunky. So while I was talking or typing ha ha I went to the email and found out I was the Random Blogger of the week. That really brightened my morning. Of course I do not even know what the gift is. I keep checking back on Spunky's blog to find out. It seems you know about it and it has something to do with Middle ages from your comment.
Anywa Congrats!!!! Your blog is wonderful and full of valuable information. You deserve it!!!
Blessings~
Holly
