Sep. 30, 2005 - I ordered Cindy Rushton's newest revised Notebooking book....
It is called Notebooking! Yes! You can become a Binder Queen! by Cindy Rushton. I have to tell you I love this book. I got it in a e-book form. This book has alot more stuff in it than the original book that I got long ago. She also has pictures of her kids notebooks. My kids had a ball looking at them. It inspired my soon to be 8 year old boy to write a book. YIPPIE!! He wrote one yesterday and he is sitting at his desk writing another one. We are going to take a trip to Walmart to get some more papers for him and writing utensils. I am going to try to set up a writing center for my kids so they can go there and write instead of their desk.
Blessings~

Sep. 16, 2005 - Homeschooling and owning a business? well here's help on how to keep your sanity
Crystal Payne of BiblicalWomanhood and Crystal's blog here on Homeschool blogger has a new E-book.
Here is the cover of it and the information:
Want to start your own home-based business but don't know where to begin?
Wonder how you could manage homeschooling and a home business without losing your sanity?
As newlyweds, we had always dreamed of homeschooling and owning our own family business someday...
Within just a few short years, we started our own business and had our first baby. Instead of "happily ever after," we were struggling to keep up with everything and we couldn't even imagine adding homeschooling on top of it! So, we began asking other homeschooling, business-owning veterans how they managed to survive. The results of our quest are contained in this eBook.
HomeGrown Business: How to Start and Run A Successful Business While Homeschooling holds the collective wisdom of hundreds of years of experience. Many of the families interviewed have owned businesses for 10-20 years or more. A few are just beginners. Some have 11 children, some have 2 children. There are a wide variety of business models, school schedules, and advice given. But, no matter what age or stage in life you are at, you will find the stories and advice contained in this eBook inspiring and beneficial.
