Attendance Planning Form

If you need an attendance form for this school year I''m posting mine below. I made it using a program on the computer then converted it to pdf so that everyone could open it easily. Just click on the link below to open it, then save it to your computer. You must have Adobe Reader to open the file. I print mine out on 2 sheets of paper and slide them back to back in a sheet protector in my planning notebook. As we progress through the year I highlight the days we've had school. I like to use 2 sheets of paper, rather than printing it front and back on one sheet, so the highlighter won't bleed through. It's pretty quick and simple. I have to make a new one each year because of how the dates shift so if I can remember I'll post the new one in the fall. I hope this is helpful to someone.
