Guard Your Parental Rights

 Have you ever considered that your parental rights could be in jeopardy? According the the Home School Legal Defense Association Chairman Michael Farris there is a great need to have a Parental Rights Amendment to the Constitution. In a recent e-mail sent out by Mr. Farris he states, "Today an increasing number of Supreme Court justices refuse to recognize that parental rights are a fundamental right....Even Justice Antonin Scalia, a noted conservative, holds that parental rights are not judicially enforceable at all until there is a specific parental rights provision in the Constitution." A parental rights Amendment to the Constitution is being proposed to secure and protect our parental rights for the future.
