Sep. 14, 2007 - I Believe It's Time For Me To Fly.......
In the words of REO Speedwagon, yep, it is time to move one! After a family pow wow, Sara, Josh and I have decided to hit the road and travel southwest ,
I have put in for a transfer to three of the Wal- Marts in the area.
We don't know anyone in the
I was thrilled to discover that there is a very active home school group where we are moving
Sara and I will both be going to college. We are applying to a couple of colleges. I would like to teach at a Christian school. Sara is also considering a women's college
As for William, he has decided to stay with his father and it will be hard to leave him and move 300 miles. He is now attending a public high school and seems to be enjoying it. My homeschooling paid off as he was able to walk in and start classes with no problems and he is breezing through his assignments. I miss him. I don't see him too often even though he is only 4 miles away. He has some anger at me because of the divorce and it will just take some time.
So, now I just have to figure out to drive 60 feet of vehicles down the road and we should be OK! I got in the driver's seat today and started up the engine to let it idle a bit and Sara started laughing at me. She said she didn't see how I was going to drive the RV because I was so short and I looked small sitting there! Well, I told her that I felt quite comfortable, I could see out of all my mirrors and I have the back-up camera!
That is all for now! I need to get back to work on the costumes for the play! Sara is a pirate and Joshua is a lost boy. Both have speaking parts and I was amazed at how quickly they learned their lines and cues.
