Feb. 4, 2008 - A New Year & A New Life!!
Happy New Year!!!
The kids and I came out here the end of October in the RV and love it!!! I still work for Wal-Mart just in a new town, now! I started college on Jan. 14th. They accepted all of my credits from Anne Arundel Comm. College so, I will have my degree at the end of the year (AA) and then I am transferring to MSSU (MIssouri Southern State University) in Joplin. My major is in Elementary Education.
Anyway, life has been busy! All the kids are in public school. Joshua loves it but says he learns more in homeschool than at public school! Sara is going for one semester and says all the classes are easy. She plans on going to college this Fall.
William is in public school and living with his dad. I really miss him! Hard to believe he will be 16 on Valentine"s Day! The school is terrible but he is an excellent student. I am glad I taught him good study skills and he takes his education seriously.
My parents finally moved back to California from maryland. Jennifer is still in West Virginia. I plan on staying right here in Missouri. I love it~~the people are delightful and the cost of living is cheap. I am only 50 miles from Springfield and 2 hours from Branson. When we drove through here 2 years ago I knew this is where I wanted to live. I can be in Kansas or Oklahoma in 15 minutes.
Anyway, between work and carrying 9 credits in college life will be busy!
