Jun. 26, 2008 - Contemplations....
HAPPY SUMMER!
I felt it was time for a major update!
Oh my, there is sooooo much to tell...where do I begin???
First I managed to pull a 3.0 last semester despite working 60 hours a week, caring for the kids and carrying 9 credits at school...whew...no wonder I was a zombie all the time...LOL!
I've lost even more weight and hope to be "one hot chick" by the end of the year!!!
My hair is back to it's normal blonde, thanks to my friend, Kim, AND my self-esteem is way up there where it belongs!
I filed divorce papers this week. I waited a full year before doing so. I now know that it is the right decision. I am at peace.....
I 'm slowly beginning to make some friends in the area. I've been to a few bike rallies and just have a blast!
Still kinda lonely...it would be nice to go to dinner or a movie or just hang out with someone...the friends I've made seem pretty busy with their own friends and lives and I don't fit in, yet. It seems most men aren't interested in a woman with kids...seem to just want sweet, young things! Aahhhh, but I know the Lord has wonderful plans for me...just have to keep the faith and trust in Him!!!
So, with the kids gone..I pretty much just go to school and work part-time at the campground. Sometimes the loneliness is engulfing.....
Meanwhile, Sara is back in Maryland and will be 18 on the 30th...soooo hard to believe my little girl is a grown woman..how I wish I could have another little girl!
William and Joshua are with their dad. William has decided to move back with me!!!!! He says he is tired of taking care of his dad. I don't blame him.
I will post new photos soon and write more later!!
