I’ve been tagged by EEEEMommy and PumpkinsMomma to list 8 random things about me. This is a great way to get to know each other! Thanks for tagging, Ladies.
Here are the rules:
1. Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
2. People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
3. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
4. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them they're tagged, and to read your blog.
#1 - I LOVE to write, scrapbook, craft, and impliment new programs the Lord gives me.
#2 - I used to write for public television when I was in my early 20's. One of the shows I wrote for was nominated for an Emmy in '87 (it didn't win). Seeing all the drugs and substance abuse, I decided it wasn't the road the Lord wanted for me, so I switched gears and became a teacher, then professional Nanny.
#3 - I'm terrified of fish. Yes, it's a strange phobia, but it's true! I once had a boyfriend set a bowl with a goldfish in it outside his front door in hopes to get me to step over it - to break my fear. It didn't help, I just left to go home.
#4 - I cry at almost every Little House On The Praire episode.
#5 - I don't particularly enjoy large groups of people, but I love to be around people.... just not for very long. I need quiet to gain strength. So, I'm extraverted AND introverted. I've spoken in front of 100+ people in the past, and enjoy it, but I rather be alone. I can go all day in complete silence and not even notice (not that that happens very often).
#6 - I am deeply rooted in Christ. I LOVE to read the Bible and learn new things. He has changed my life and I am forever grateful!!!
#7 - I can wiggle my ears.
#8 - My dream is to have a homestead in the country and have pet goats, lamb and roosters. I am always praying that this will come to pass... it is such a deep desire to get away from the city. I live in CA and have a heart for the country!!! (yes, we moved back to CA - from CO - eleven years after my husband and I married).
