Colorado Zoo

Photobucket

Experiencing Colorado this time around has been so fun.  The children are older and able to go places that we didn't go before. This last weekend we had a back to school party at the local zoo.  What fun!  The kids were able to actually pet a giraffe and feed them.  Of course, petting anything but a dog or cat would be exciting, but a giraffe???  It was fun!  Along with the giraffe, we saw the typical zoo animals...   a mountain lion, bear, elephant, zebra, etc.  It was a great way to start the school year.

I hope you are having a great start to the school year, too.  We are excited to see what the Lord is going to do with our new land and the people we meet.  I have great goals this year (including a new book that I am writing).    Please let me know you stopped by to say hello.  If you haven't already done so, please look me up on Twitter and/or facebook.  I'd love to connect with you on there.
