I am resting in the fact that the Lord is taking care of His children. I did not receive any prayer requests this week. For the last few weeks, the requests have been minimum, slowly coming to a stop. This doesn't worry me in any way, for I know the plans the Lord has is good. If this means that it might be the end of Prayer Request Sunday, let it be. It has served it's purpose and I am pleased. Who knows, it may return again. However, I can't help but feel that at this time it's time to step back. Therefore, I am only going to be posting on Sundays if the Lord leads. Of course, this doesn't mean that prayer stops. If you do have a need, you are more than welcome to post a comment with your request or on the cbox (especially on Sunday's). I will continue to pray for those around me and for those I know through blogging. For those who stop by for a visit, they can then pray also.
Thank you for your faithfulness to pray with me.
Wheather it slipped someone's mind or if you have found the support you need from your church, friends, or prayer team - my prayers will continue for you.
Prayer Request Sunday "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
1 Thessalonians 5:16 - 18
I did not receive, but two, prayer request(s) this week. So, please help me lift up these two requests before the Lord today...
Tirzah - she is still fighting the flu this week, although the antibiotics are beginning to work. Please continue to pray for Tirzah as she continues with this medication and natural remedies to clear up her kidney trouble from this past week.
California - Please continue to pray for California's government officials as they prepare to fight against the homeschool court case in L.A. county. The Governor is in favor of the family's right to school at home. Also, for the attorney's that are involved in support to parental rights regarding homeschooling. In addition, the 200,000 families that are being effected by this week by the ruling of these two judges.
PRAISE REPORT: My family is getting healthy! My husband went into the doctor on Monday, and his lungs were clear of the pneumonia. Thanks to everyone who prayed for us! - Karen

- NEXT WEEK -
Next week I will be hosting Prayer Request Sunday in a special way. I'll be adding something special. Starting today, I am asking that you send me privately a list of friends and family members (first names only) who you know who don't know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Then, I will list those names next Sunday on this blog.
My idea is this... Easter is a time when family and friends gather together. Most will decide to go to church as always, but some will go just because someone invited them. What a great opportunity to share Jesus - thus, the true meaning of Easter. Prayer softens hearts... this is my hope. Through our prayers, some might find the courage to step into a church for the first time. Others might be more open to hear the gospel... I am sure there will be victory.
Please spread the news and send me some names... Let's see the Lord move wildly this Easter.
