Valerie is a born and raised Southern California girl. She is married and a stay-at-home mother to three wonderful blessings. Before her calling to homeschool, she wrote for public television, taught kindergarten, and was a live-in Nanny. She is currently Moderator of an International Yahoo GroupJust4homeschoolfamilies, The Heart Of The Matter online magazine; as well as Senior Editor of an monthly newsletter Words Of Encouragement.
Once again, my Secret Sister has blessed me. I just love, I mean, LOVE the gift I received from her today. It's so unique and beautiful.
A little teapot so delicate and small - something to be displayed and treasured always.
Then to top that off, a book accompanied the teapot called "When Friends Gather For Tea" by Sandy Lynam Clough. It's a fun book filled with stories and recipes about tea parties. Ladies share their stories of encouragement, laughter, and life. This is just what I needed on this rainy day. I love tea with honey... and now, I get to read about others sharing their tea stories (maybe even try to make a few of those yummy recipes).
