swimming
Today I swam a full 25 meters underwater without breathing, and I only kicked. I can also do a full 25 meters using only my arms without breathing. And I swam the hardest stroke with fairly good techinique the whole time not one that gets worse as I swim like usually happens. That's all I have to say for today. |
