Show and Tell Friday

Just wanted to thank Canadagirl for hosting S & T Friday's. If you want to take part, check out her site.
A friend of mine told me of a great make-at-home pocket planner that she had found online. Well, I checked it out; tried one out and thought it was pretty quaint. For those of us who are frugal and don't want to carry around our 3-ring school planners everywhere, I thought this was a great alternative.

I've had a blast making my little pocket planner. I was trying to find a calendar at the store the other day, but most started in Aug. or Sept. 2008, I couldn't find any that would start in July. So, you had perfect timing for me. Thanks for the great info and for stopping by my little corner of the blog world.

Pocket Planner. Is that like a PDA? I hate to confess, but my calendar is my planner these days. And it's not a good way to plan! My DH tried to talk me into something more sophisticated (did you know that cell phones also can have a PDA on them????), but I know it would be hard for me to remember to access all the info. So for now, I slog along with a calendar and a bunch of sticky notes.

OK. This is too cool.. My husband has been wanting me to carry around a little notebook in my pocket to help compensate for my troubled memory. But they're so bulky! I can handle this one! Thanks. i bookmarked it.

Not sure whether I got back to you before re. my son's behaviour - I think you are right that we should take just one day at a time! Since last week, he has been his usual softy self - my little boy - just showing his "dark side" very occasionally.
