Where's the tabletop?
Posted in Anti Procrastination Tuesday

Here is my first 'No Procrastination' challenge!!! If you'd like to encourage other friends, please go see Mary over @ Canadagirl and join us!
Ok. My hubby has challenged me by cleaning out his part of the garage and now it looks fabulous. Mine? Not so much. I have a shelving unit we inherited from his G'Pa last year. I wanted it to organize my stamping stuff. Well, here is what it looks like...
Can anyone see the tabletop? I can't!!! How am I supposed to stamp and create wonderful works of art on this? Oh, that would be why the creative juices haven't really been flowing. Yeah, that's it. (Can you hear the sarcasm here?)
Sept. 2 sounds like a good date. That's two Tuesdays from now.
I hope to have the tabletop cleared off. The drawers cleaned out and the shelves organized!!!

I have always found that celebrating Labor Day by doing a cleaning/re-organizing task is so rewarding.
Sept. 2nd is a great time to start!

I have a room that looks as bad as that, if not worse. I go there to organize and then get overwhelmed. I really need to just do it. The counter top is no longer visible and I can't find anything. I will just keep saying, I think I can, I think I can LOL
Be sure to do after pictures and maybe I will do the same if I ever get the guts ; /

I found the table top...really! Okay its messy but not so bad! Looks like you are very creative minded. I found I needed two large desk and an extra set of file drawers to help solve my desk clutter issue. I have my computer area on one desk and a clean work area on the other. Maybe you need ( besides cute little storage containers) a table to work on seperate from the shelves and table top. A folding card table?
Your work area is fabulous and I am sure you will come up with a wonderful plan that works just right for you.

Actually, Rob, I don't think it's that bad. I think it's one of those projects that looks worse than it actually is. I think you'll be surprised at how quickly you fly through, as long as you don't get side-tracked (ooooh, shiny) by things. Just be unemotional, and play with your toys after they're in their proper places. You should have absolutely no trouble finishing this in two weeks. You go, girl!!! :D
All right, off to write up my TT post...

Tabletop? I can't even see a table. Gosh it looks like my schoolroom a few days ago. Actually, you still can't see our table tops...but at least you can walk through the room without breaking your neck.
BTW, you've been tagged.

That will be great to get that done. I have a project, too!
I keep putting that pic on my blog, but it won't move like yours. How did you do it?
