Day 1 of workout in 2008
Hi friends! I will be keeping track of my workouts on my blog for my sake...not yours. If you would like to join in with me...feel free! I started doing Denise Austin workouts (on cable) everyday in November, then I kinda quit doing it in December. Let me tell you, my energy level did a total nose dive in December! So here I am again with a renewed sense of commitment and determination to get my energy level back up! She's on at 6am, but I am struggling with that hour alone...so I tivo her show and start it anytime inbetween 6:30 and 7am. Ideally I would love to be up at 6 to do it...so that is my goal, but until I get these lazy bones out of bed then, I will continue working out at the above mentioned time.
Workout:
30 minutes with Denise
Goals:
1. More energy
2. More discipline
3. More healthy!
